FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long after I approve my order can I expect to receive my stationery?
- Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date you approve your stationery for printing until you receive your items. 
- This timeframe applies only to orders of the Customisable Collections. 
- If you require stationery in less time than this please get in touch directly and I will do my best to accommodate you. 
- Bespoke orders or orders that are placed personally will have varying turnaround times which we will agree during the consultation process. 
Where do you deliver to?
- I currently deliver to the UK and Ireland. 
What method of delivery do you use?
- Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce, Ireland Express. All stationery & signage orders will be sent via tracked & insured delivery with no exceptions. 
- If you live locally I may deliver to you in person. 
- You can also collect your items from the premises. 
Can I order different quantities than are specified on the website?
- Yes please get in touch directly and I can give you a quote if you need a quantity that is not available in the shop. 
- There is a minimum amount of 15 items per order. 
What type of card are the invitations printed on?
- Collection Invitations are printed on an Italian Card called Tintoretto Gesso as standard. 
- Weight 300gsm. 
Are there other card types available?
- Yes, please get in touch if you are interested in other types of card stock. 
- Other card types are; Uncoated, Pearl, Silk, Kraft and a number of Premium Luxe Card Stocks. 
- Please enquire and I will send you a personalised quote for any of these. 
What size invitations are available?
- The standard sizes are: A6 Cards (105mm x 148mm), 5” x 7” Cards (127mm x 177.8mm), A5 Cards (148mm x 210mm), 148mmm x 148mm Square Cards, Square & A6 Folding Cards. 
- I provide both flat and folding invitations. 
- Other shapes, sizes and fold types are available. 
- Please enquire and I will send you a personalised quote for any of these. 
What kind of envelopes are available?
- The standard envelope is a 120gsm Premium Ivory Envelope. This comes with all Save The Date Cards, Invitation Cards & RSVP Cards. 
- You can upgrade to a Luxe Envelope which is available in a variety of colours. Choose this option when ordering online. 
- Please enquire and I can send you a personalised quote for any of these. 
How does Customisation work?
- Each of the Collections has certain elements that you can change. 
- For example some Collections have options to change background colour, text and feature colours, typefaces and card types. 
- You can choose these options when ordering online or discuss the options with me in person. 
Do you provide any other extra details and embellishments?
- I also provide wax seals, belly bands, vellum invitations & wraps, envelope liners, round labels and more. 
- Please enquire and I can send you a personalised quote for any of these. 
What if I can’t find the Customisation option I want?
- I can be flexible to a certain degree with Customisation. I can try alternative type styles and colours as long as they work with the style of the Collection. 
- I am happy to offer you suggestions and advice during this process. 
- Design fees may apply if there are significant changes required to a particular Collection style. 
Can I change the wording on the Customisable Templates?
- Yes of course, you can word your invitation any way you like. The only consideration would be that it will fit well in the space allowed. I can help and advise on this if necessary. 
Can I have my guest names printed on the invitations?
- Yes, I offer a Personalisation service on all invitations. It will require that you send me a list of your guests’ names as you would like them to appear on the invitation. 
- Ideally this should be sent in list form as a text document or spreadsheet file. I can send you a template document in which you can enter the details. I can also format this text for you. 
- Please enquire and I can send you a personalised quote for this service. 
Can I have my guests’ names and address printed on the envelopes?
- Yes, I offer a Personalisation service for envelopes. It will require that you send me a list of your guests’ names and addresses as you would like them to appear on the envelopes. 
- Ideally this should be sent in list form as a text document or spreadsheet file. I can send you a template document in which you can enter the details. I can also format this text for you. 
- Please enquire and I can send you a personalised quote for this service. 
Do I need to pay a deposit when I order personally with you?
- I ask for non-refundable deposit (to cover the initial design proof) to secure your booking and before work can begin on your artwork. 
When do I pay the remaining balance?
- I ask that you pay the remaining balance when all the artwork is approved by you and before the stationery is printed. 
- I cannot proceed to printing until the balance in paid in full. 
What if there are typographical errors or omissions in my stationery when it has been printed?
- I will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your artwork. 
- I ask my customers to thoroughly proofread all the artwork I send them and to check that all text details are correct. 
- I will not proceed to printing until I receive final approval by email from the customer. 
- I regret that I cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions that become evident after the stationery has been printed. 
What if I am unhappy with the print quality or material quality of my invitations when I receive them?
- In the very unlikely event that you receive stationery items where the print quality or material quality is not of the highest standard I will re-issue the items without question and free of charge. 
Can I get some samples before I order?
- Yes, I can supply samples of all our Customisable Collections, please get in touch if you require samples. 
Do you also provide pieces for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception?
- Yes, I design and print a full range of On-The-Day Pieces such as; Welcome Signs, Seating Plans, Menus, Name Cards, Wedding Favour Tags & Labels and Order of Service Cards & Booklets. 
- These will be designed to complement the style of your wedding invitations.
