Ideally Foxglove would love that you have the opportunity to view in person our range of stationery, either at an exhibition event or by appointment. However, you may also view our full range of stationery here on our website. If, following that you would like us to send you a sample or selection of samples we can arrange to have those sent to you. (See specific terms relating to Ordering Samples).
For each range of stationery we have a full specification guide pdf document and each item of stationery within that range has its own unique code. This specification will also have a guide to pricing. This will make it easy for you to select which items and in what quantity you would like to order. Based on that information, Foxglove will then forward you a quotation for the design, printing and delivery of your wedding stationery.
We are happy to give you a free consultation here at our premises in Omagh or at a venue that is convenient for us locally. Please enquire and we will do our best to work around your schedule.
Foxglove will endeavour to have in stock a full range of samples of all the designs it has on offer. If for some reason we do not have that particular sample in stock we may discuss with the client the possibility of sending an equivalent sample (i.e. the same in terms of material, colour & size). There may be a small charge for samples which are posted to you depending on the weight/size of the package. Please let us know which products you are interested in.
Foxglove work to a turnaround time of 8 weeks, please ensure that you have ordered in good time for your wedding. If you need an order more urgently we may be able to accommodate you.
A 30% deposit is required before the order can be confirmed and any artwork originated.
Full payment (by cash, cheque, internet bank transfer or paypal) must be made before artwork goes to print.
Foxglove will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the artwork before it is sent for approval by the client. However, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions noticed after the artwork has been approved and gone to print. It is the responsibility of the client to proof-read and ensure that all details are correct. Only after client approval has been given by email, will the job progress to the printing stage. We recommend that you ask a few people to proof read before you give us final approval.
Our standard method of delivery will be by a Tracked Courier Service. You may also collect the stationery personally, and on occasion we may deliver ourselves. We will give you a quote for delivery options at the time of your enquiry. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been given as we cannot be held responsible for packages being delivered to an incorrect address.
In some cases, if the client requests, we may customize a design template. It is also possible that we may suggest the use of different typography than those displayed on our templates if we feel it works better aesthetically. We will consult with the client on all of this during the design and proofing process. Significant additional time spent on design may incur and extra charge, the client will be made aware of this before any work is initiated.
We also offer an exclusive design service for couples wishing to develop completely bespoke stationery tailored to complement their venue, style and budget. We will give you an estimate of design costs for this service at the consultation stage.
You may change the wording on the invite templates to your own requirements as long as it contains approximately the same amount of words so that the design layout is not significantly altered.
If you would like your guest names to be printed individually on the invitations please ask us to quote for this service. It will require that you can supply us with a csv spreadsheet of the guest names. We can assist you with this if necessary.
