FOXGLOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

Foxglove will delivery your stationery items to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless otherwise agreed. We may also occasionally deliver to you in person and you may also collect your items from the premises.

DEPOSIT TO SECURE BOOKING

If you are ordering stationery in person I ask for a non-refundable deposit that will cover the design-time estimated to create an initial design proof. Design of artwork will only begin on receipt of deposit.

PAYMENT

I ask that you pay in full for your stationery items before the artwork can proceed to the printing stage.

PROOFING & APPROVAL

While I make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our artwork it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to proofread all the items of artwork I send. I regret that I cannot accept responsibility for errors and omissions that become apparent after the artwork has progressed to the printing stage. I will not proceed to the printing stage until I receive final approval by email from you, the customer, that you are happy for the artwork to proceed to print.

RETURNS & REPRINT POLICY

It is my policy to quality check every item of stationery before it is dispatched to you. In the very unlikely event that you receive stationery items from me where the material or print quality is not of the highest standard I will re-issue to you free of charge and without question.

TURNAROUND TIMES

I allow 5 weeks from the date I receive your order until your order is dispatched. It is advisable to contact me directly if you would like to discuss a shorter turnaround time that this and I will very often be able to accommodate you.

ORDERING ONLINE

When you submit an order online you are automatically agreeing to Foxglove’s Terms & Conditions.

ORDERING IN PERSON

If ordering personally with me I ask that you complete my Proofing Checklist which will include an agreement by you to accept Foxglove’s Terms & Conditions.
